Wellness massage provides relaxation, increases body awareness and helps to create balance with the objectives of promoting health and well-being. This type of treatment is utilized to counteract the pressures of daily life that tend to wear down both the body and mind.

***These treatments cannot be billed to extended health insurance providers, ICBC, or MSP. Therefore, the rates for these appointments have been set lower to reflect the difference.***

As a Registered Massage Therapist in Alberta, Sarah’s next pursuit is obtaining her BC designation.

Outside of a few years in the Albertan oil patch as a ticketed Plumber/Gasfitter, Sarah’s been an Islander since 1974. Her strength, endurance and acuity for swinging wrenches transferred easily into her ability to offer customized treatments of varying depths.

With over 20 years experience and training in a variety of massage modalities, Sarah’s wheelhouse is Myofascial Release coupled with intuition, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Rolfing, Brandon Raynor Massage, Orthopedic therapy and Reflexology techniques.

When not in the clinic serving the community, Sarah can be found bombing around town on her favourite bicycle, submerged in locals waters or travelling to places with water.

Nikki graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster in 2016. She is open and dedicated to working with a diverse group of patients. She recognizes that each person has his or her own individual condition, objective and level of physical ability and creates personal treatment plans for that reason. She is passionate about helping her patients return to optimal function as quickly and effectively as possible.

Nikki integrates principle Swedish massage techniques, deep myofascial release with specific trigger point release, joint mobilizations, passive and active stretching, MET (muscle energy technique) as well as homecare exercises to help her patients reach their individual health and wellness goals. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Nikki’s mission is to help significantly improve the wellbeing and physical balance of each of her patients.

Marie McCoy is a Registered Massage Therapist, and graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC. She is described as having a “kind heart, and strong therapeutic hands.” She is passionate about helping her clients achieve a higher level of health and wellness. As well as minimizing and preventing pain and discomfort.

Because of this, Marie looks forward to working with all her clients, whether they are in need of a deep tissue massage–to really release some tension–or require a lighter touch to calm the nervous system. Additionally, her extensive training has given her the knowledge and ability to identify and treat a wide variety of chronic and acute pathologies.
